Find it at the health food store, and take a couple hours before bedtime. Try to be consistent in taking it shortly before you want to sleep and your body will respond best to it.

try this thing called ZMA mike, it's used for athletic purposes but it promotes GREAT sleep, i dunno dude it just might do the trick oh and uhh well for me at least it revs up your sex drive lol so thats a plus
