I too have days when I am disturbed and saddend with how I feel! On those days I may not go outside when people are around because I feel I'm being judged. I am a normal person but sometimes I don't feel normal. You are not alone with this kind of thinking.
Have you heard of the mirror technique. Each day go up to the mirror and tell yourself what amazing confident person you are - you don't even need a mirror just tell yourself that each morning and soon you'll actually begin to feel it! Also most of the time when we go out no one is paying a bit of attention to us it's just all in our heads. But if they are so what; you're someone worth their attention anyway! Hang in there; you'll gain confidence in time!
Believe in yourself and know you are OK. One day at a time; one step at a time.
