Hi again:) Yeah it sounds like those could be PMS symptoms, especially if the timing is consistent (sounds like it's around the time of ovulation too, which can cause cramping/pinching feelings)
I also get some hormonal things like headaches/migraines, night sweats, ect. I also get a little anxious over these things, which of course is going to make it that much worse!:(
Personally, I had a hard time with nausea while on birth control. For some people is can relieve PMS symptoms, but it was not good for me. You would just have to try it for yourself and see how you do.
I would recommend eating frequent, light meals during this time. Also practicing relaxation/breathing exercises should help your over-all anxiety levels. Some people also use teas and herbals such as ginger to relieve upset stomach.
Hopefully you will hear from others soon who will have some more advice. Hormone fluctuations and anxiety seem to be a pretty hot topic around here lately!
