Many people have trouble with travelling...you are not alone! I think that this is one area where it may be important to push yourself a little. If this fear is in the beginning stages, it will be easier to break stay-at-home tendencies sooner than later.
A/P can lead to agoraphobia and isolation. Sometimes when we fear leaving our safety zone, this is the time we need to try the hardest to conquer the fear.
Like Karen said, use your breathing! Also visualizing a safe and stress- free trip will help keep your mind in a positive place. Picture in your head, a fun and successful travel experience. I did this when I flew across the country this past February, and it help calm my nerves.
You can do this...we are all here supporting you...just imagine us all cheering you on:)
