Diarrhea with an immediate anxiety attack

For several years I've had periods of severe diarrhea followed within seconds with what the doctors call a panic attack -- numb lips, fingers and hands; fingers curling up with mouth contortions, mentally lost, severely tired and sometimes HORRIBLE pain in abdomen that has brought me to the hospital. I keep the anxiety medications by the toilet and take them IMMEDIATELY when I recognize what is happening. These episodes are VERY VERY scary. While I don't really doubt they're panic attacks, what no one has been able to explain is why they seem to be caused by the diarrhea. I NEVER have had an attack, except within seconds of starting diarrhea. This happens about 3-5 times a month and I'm SO tired of it and scared. Any idea why diarrhea would cause the panic attacks??? Doctors don't know other than guessing it may have something to do with adrenelyn.

I do also have some anxiety and panic attacks as well. Minerals and do not rely on serum tests. When you have diarrhoea your body also sheds the potassium and a loss of magnesium as well. The panic sensation is your bodies electrical current short circuiting or more like changing voltage. Stay hydrated always. Look into mineral supplements particularly sea based. These are things that helped me just though I would share.
