Great sharing and I agree, therapy is the best way to go. Monophobia is an acute fear of being alone and having to cope without a specific person, or perhaps any person, in close proximity.
Seeing your Dr. and explaining your fears is my advice. I know your Dr. will have a list of therapists that you may make an appointment with so know we are here and keep posting.
