MIL died on 7/29 - May she RIP

Dear Friends,

My MIL died at 5:05 AM on Friday, July 29th.  I am very sad and will be offline for a bit. I will be here reading as I find such comfort from just being with all of you.

I find my emotions all over the place and easily find my thoughts spinning - with anxiety and feeling sad .  This is where working hard at staying in the moment helps.

I'm so very sorry to hear this Kitt. I know that it is a great loss and sorrow for your family. Lean on each other right now, and get some rest.

Take the time that you need to be with your family, we will be here for you when you are ready to come back:)

Take comfort in the fact and know that you made her remaining time here so warm and comfortable with your care!

I am deeply sorry to hear this Kitt, I know you have spent a huge amount of time with her in the last number of months, I am sure you being with her bought her great comfort and security.  Rest assured, that is a gift you gave her.

For you my friend, please take very gentle care with you, I know how many times you have faced this, it doesn't get easier, each person is unique and special, be patient with you, be kind to you, and know you are in my thoughts.

(Don't look at the silly joke emails I sent you, real bad timing)

Oh, and I am deeply sorry for your Husband lossing his Mum to, please let him know the community here are thinking of him, won't mean much right now though.

Thank you all.  The funeral is on Wednesday so this week will be filled with things to take care of.
