Hey bam, how are you now honey? Im sorry I haven't been on today I had to work...ok number one stop worrying, the more u worry the more anxious you get..and you know you say you feel dizzy even when your not anxious, do you know once you are anxious it can take up to 8 hours for the adrenalin in your system to calm down to normal levels....so you don't feel anxious but your body is thinking different thoughts....
Also I know it's hard to believe that dizziness can be caused by anxiety but it can....scaredy cat isn't lying to you and neither am I, when I am really anxious I get dizzy as a duck....seriously I'm not lying to you ok...
Now you must think positive thoughts which I know is hard, you are so like me it's scary...are you my long lost twin or what?...
Don't think the worst or imagine bad news or anything like that...the dr is doing all the right things in doing the tests... And when the results all come back good just focus on that, if it's anxiety causing the dizziness well ok you can work on that....like scaredy cat said keep up your relaxation and breathing techniques ok....you will be fine I'm so sure...ok ...hugs to you my friend stay strong...think positive.....shannon
