Zoloft dosage with Protoxin?

I take 100 mg a day and I also take 40 mg of protoxin this month when the rx was filled they look alot. If I accidentally take two zoloft can it hurt?

I dont think so, but I would call the pharmacy. My Dr put me on Zoloft and strted the mg at 50 then stepped me up tp 100, and if there is no difference he will step it up again to 200... I only weigh 120lbs.

Mine is prescribed for steroid induced anxiety for UC

I'm not thinking that it will hurt you, you might just feel a little "loopy" from a double dose, but i'd try to prevent that from happening. Here's an idea for you, why don't you buy one of those pill cases that have the days of the week on it, then put your zoloft in that. That way you know if you took the zoloft or not, and you won't have to worry about taking the same pill twice. If you need your protonix, then you can just take them from the bottle. I use one myself, because sometimes I can't remember if I took my pill or not, and if I look i'll know. Hope this helps! Fox
