I bumped up your thread from 10/22 where you posted, "hi everyone i have found a lump on my neck slighlty to the right at the back."

Your post today reads, "I think I've said before but I found a lump on one of my testicles about 3 and a quarter years ago"

I think perhaps you need to see your Dr. for these lumps to find out what is going on. Until your Dr. gives you some answers I suspect the anxiety will remain elevated. 

If you first noted a lump 3 years ago you were just 14, hoping that you have talked with your parents re the lumps.

You need to tell your parents about the these lumps you are concerned about so they can take you into the doctor and ease your mind. They are probably nothing but in your mind they are a huge worry. Wouldn't you rather find out that they're nothing to worry about and go on with life as a 17 year old should? I am speaking from experience with issues that have happened through out my life, including my teen years and I would have been so much more happy to just confront the beast and get it over with and eventually you do or drive yourself crazy. You might have an infection going on that needs to be treated...something simple as that. Your parents would be understanding, give them a chance. I'm sure it would be heart breaking for them to know what you're going through in silence.
