Good Morning Ziggy,
Big breath and give yourself kudos for coming to the rescue and keeping everyone calm last evening. Hep C is spread primarily by exposure to human blood. As this woman was not exposed to your blood I think you can put away this fear that you may have contaminated her. The hepatitis C virus, or HCV, can live outside the body for up to 4 days. However, many experts think it usually survives up to 16 hours at room temperature. I hope this helps you let go of this worry.
I agree, SC posted you great info. I go through spells where I have a really tough time in the mornings and in fact I am experiencing that right now. It stopped for a long time but now seems to have crept back into my life.
Accepting that we have anxiety is really tough and even thow I accept it I really don't like it. It drains me daily and this time of year makes it even harder as I so want to feel good.
I am glad you have a new therapist and give this person and yourself some time to work through your issues .............I know you will make it through and will be OK.
Sending you many warm wishes and keeping you in my prayers.
Kindly,
Kitt
