Good Morning and welcome to HealingWell. I know what morning anxiety feels like and it is not a good feeling. At one point in my life I would wake up crying and just getting out of bed was overwhelming for me. I hated the feeling and prayed to "get better". I never had problems with nausea or emesis so I feel so bad for you to have that going on.
With a lot of therapy and medications I am 97 % improved. I know I will always have anxiety in my life but I refuse to let it take over as it once did. The one thing I promised myself was to always get up and get dressed, make my bed and get on with the day even if all I could do was feel sad and cry. By afternoon things got better and I often wonder if it was because the day was half over and I had made it to that point.
May I also suggest that you check with a GI specialist re your stomach problems. It may be all related to your anxiety but GERD can be tricky so consider seeing a specialist.
My final bit of wisdom for you, stay connected with friends and family. Don't shut yourself away from the world.
I am glad you found us and I hope you will keep on posting here in the forum.
Kindly,
Kitt
