Know your personal limits. One of the chief causes of anxiety is when a person takes on more than he can handle. Know your limits as to what you can do and how much you can do. Make a timeline and make it realistic. Stick to it doing one thing at a time and then check it off your list. Prioritize what needs to be done first.
Do not give up the first time you miss a timeline but instead get back on track.
Schedule down times for you to relax and just enjoy doing something that will make you happy. Most of all, know you are not alone.
