Ativan

When I took Ativan I felt sort of dizzy and off balance, though with the anxiety I did as well, so it wasn't too big of a deal to me (especially sincd ativan made me not worry about it, haha).
A lot of benzos have similar side effects, though anxiety can also cause this. If you were on 2mgs a day for a while and are now on 1mg per day you might be having some minor withdrawal symptoms, or even just experiencing more anxiety.

I personally did not like taking ativan, as it made me very tired and feel unbalanced. If the side effects or the anxiety really starts to bother you, I suggest talking to your doctor about what other options you have.
