Termoska,
I met a guy who is a chemist with a healthy eating background, he asked me what I had been eating and asked me to try to remove a lot of the stuff from my diet, which was like a night and day difference for me. Basically, I removed all fluoride, glutamates and soy from my diet to begin with, which if you are buying food already prepared at the grocery store, its loaded with bad stuff, you have to find certain brands that don't have a mile long ingredient label or cook most everything from scratch, good thing I like to cook!
Once you try this and remove as much as possible from your diet you can start to add things back until you find out your triggers, the worst foods at the grocery store are canned soups, boxed foods like hamburger helper, stuffing or dressing for turkey dinner etc., salad dressings, chicken or beef stock even those yummy bouillon cubes, barbeque sauces and the like.
They hide things in the ingredients list like they can have 99% glutamate in something but only say "spice" in the label, since its not against the law, so be careful, the main words I watch for are "natural flavors, spice, hydrolyzed and autolyzed" most of these words are used to disguise msg. The organic section of your grocery store will become your best friend!
That helped tremendously with panic triggers, I even got to the point of having heart palpitations, but eliminating all this stuff from my food stopped the heart palps and faintness/light headedness cold in their tracks! If you feel more bloated with certain foods than you should, you should probably steer clear of them, something is reacting with the flora in your stomach or intestines, everyone is different, not all of us can eat the same things, try making more from scratch, and in larger quantities, like breads or pizza crusts, that don't have all the bad stuff in them, and freezing them up until later, salad dressing is something I love, but the home made stuff is a million times better than the pre bottled, I would never have known that ranch could be so yummy without getting sick and having panic attacks lol.
Hope this helps, if you have any more questions feel free to ask! Good Luck
