anxiety /veins in head!! HELP!!

Omg my vein in my left temple feels swollen like its weak and going to burst like an aneurysm!!!!! Us it my anxiety or something serious!,!? HELP!

I am sorry that you are so scared about
this at the moment. It sounds like it is just your anxious brain causing you fear. A lot of times we notice something when we are anxious that we never have before, and automatically start to worry that it is dangerous/abnormal, ect., when in fact it is nothing to be concerned about
.
Read through the old thread that you posted on to...everyone there agreed that it was just the old anxiety up to its nasty tricks again.
Try some breathing and relaxation exercises (see our Anxiety Resource Guide) and put it out of your mind.

Thanks!!! I know its probably just my anxiety!!! I just can't shake the thought of an aneurysm or something much more serious!!!!!!

Veins are under low pressure, therefore they don't burst. The temporal artery is not prone to aneurysms either.
