When I was in high anxiety everyday it was always mornings for me, when I first woke up before even getting out of bed.

Mornings can be problematic because of Cortisol, a stress hormone. While essential as you can see from this article excerpt...too much, or a sensitivity to it (as anxiety sufferers seem to have) will make mornings difficult...
Cortisol is released from the adrenal glands in a rhythmic pattern throughout the day. It’s high in the morning, which energizes you. If you don’t have enough cortisol in the morning you have a hard time getting out of bed.
Just understanding this helped me tremendously!

Yea, i'd have to say mornings to. It usually takes me a few hours to actually "get a grip", and get motivated. But at certain times of the month i'm anxious all day long.

Mornings have been tough for me for as long as I've had anxiety, though they are a lot better now that I'm doing better. Lately it's been around 2pm that I've started to feel kind of strange. A little out of it, tired and sometimes a bit of anxiety too. I'm not sure if it's just because of that mid afternoon dragging feeling or coming off the meds, but it's not fun. I either have to get up and get moving or on really bad days I go lay down for a little while until it passes.
