Serious pains in my chest and heart during the strangest times

I get serious pains in my chest and heart when I drive, when I eat, and sometimes when I even sit down in a chair to get a haircut. Sometimes when I am driving I need to pull over and catch my breath, when I am eating I cant swallow or I feel as if I am choking. I use to get twitching in my eyebrows and my jaw would move side to side as well. I would even spasm really quick when I felt this in my chest...I feel it in the left side of my chest right where my heart is. It is a knot and it is there for hours, a lot of the times for days and lately it has been really bad. The craziest thing is when I stand up out of the car, or even eat standing up it goes away or the pain decreases. It has been such a day to day struggle for me and I am just trying to get answers or see if anyone else has experienced this???? I have been going through this for sometime. I have been to the doctors and also to a homeopathic doctor for more of a natural cure.He has been giving me B12 shots and Nevaton to help. Other than that I am not really taking anything besides multivitamins, and protein shakes. The only other thing I have taken is a fat burner (roxylean) and mixed with mild steroids (anavar) in the past. But these being out of my system for about a year now. (I just wanted to put that out there to see if this could have initially triggered it) Been to the doctors and they have done many tests, EKGs, Stress Tests, etc and said nothing is wrong with my heart. They have said its anxiety or panic attack related, and have tried me on medication. I rather not be on any medication that is why I went with the natural option. Deep down I feel something is, or can be wrong with my heart and hope no one is missing it... but it can be mental at times too I understand. I have thought it was acid reflux because of the eating but no OTCs have helped either. I eat very healthy and lean, and I work out and very actice 5 times a week, and have no problems during that. I am going to a cardiologist and to my doctor to get some bloodwork done this week. I really want to get to the bottom of this-living like this day to day has been suffering. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

Food triggers anxiety in some.

Beware of benzo's except for prn/short term use.

A low dose of an ssri would probably help some of those symptoms. On 5mg of Lexapro, I can drive thru the nearly 2 mile Hampton Roads bridge tunnel in Virginia without any problem.
