Oh yeah! We have had many posts on this very subject...it seems to go along with the territory!
I have read that increasing soy during the luteal phase of your cycle can help with PMS symptoms...inculding digestive issues and anxiety.
I also find that exercising, and making sure that I am on top of my anxiety coping mechanisms helps:)
