Hey there, I am here to tell you that you can make it through no matter how tough it gets. I have been in a bad place since the end of December and today is a day that is feeling better for me. I have anxiety and depression and the past 3 months my only times out of the house have been my many visits to my Drs. I have found that I keep asking for what I need - help ! It has been a long 3 months but I have been through this before I will make it through again.
Anxiety is driven by anticipation. Try to stay in the moment and take things one at a time. Don't overwhelm yourself when the "what ifs?" pop up. Try not to fight the feelings that come along with anxiety. They will only pull you deeper into the dark state where they lie.
