I hope that you are both feeling better now. Holidays can be hard...even if nothing overtly stressfull is happening, there is still a lot of activity, schedule disruption, extra socializing, ect...
Take some time to be alone and quiet, and practice some deep breathing and relaxation exercises. (we have some in our Resources) They will really help.
