I hope your Sunday ended up well. Sometimes if you struggle with negative thoughts, try getting wrapped up in something that makes you feel good....Movie, book, craft, cleaning...whatever it might be that might make you feel more at ease and take your mind off your worries or fears.
The best thing you can do if you feel anxiety getting tense is to roll with it the best you can, encourage yourself that you are ok and it will pass. Talk to yourself like you would your best friend that is struggling....even though it feels really crappy, know that if you roll with it, it will shorten the time that you feel bad because you are not feeding the anxiety.....just don't be hard on yourself and feel like you will not get through this or it will never get better....it will get better if you develop techniques like positive thoughts and less worry about what might happen....stay in the moment.....Best wishes......WM
