helpless,I understand how you feel re your anxiety as I have been dealing with a tough spell of depression and anxiety since December and the best thing I can suggest is that you see your Dr. and also look into therapy.
I would plead with you to stay away from Dr. Google as your going to find some scary disorders that can cause the very same symptoms as anxiety. I would guess that your symptoms right now are shortness of breath, some chest pain, fatigue and throw in a bit of a racing pulse or irregulars beats ?
To stop your anxiety in it's tracks get out and do something away from your computer. Take a walk, do some deep breathing exercises or make that appointment with your Dr. Then you will feel like you are taking control of your anxiety.
Anxiety often diminishes when we share our worries, and practical solutions to problems may emerge in the course of the conversation. Coming here letting out your feelings was a good step to take today so remember we are here and we understand exactly what you are feeling.
