Well I do encourage you to try whatever you can to get some relief, whether it be medication, therapy or a combination of both (this is what most people find helpful)
Mornings can be especially rough for a lot of sufferers. Cortisol (stress hormone) levels are at their highest at this time. The breathing and relaxation exercises can help with this.
