Hello and I am glad to read you are doing better on your meds but to help you with your question - as is often touted on this site, CBT is probably your best bet to dealing with your health anxiety. You may want to look at a book by New Harbinger Publications hacalled 'Overcoming Health Anxiety.' You can look it up on the publisher's site or via Amazon; it may be helpful.
