hopeless

I used to have the aneurysym worry too. I can tell you one thing, if you had one, it wouldn't cause weird popping noises in your head. It would be a blood vessel and those don't make sounds. But you had a MRI so you know more than most people that you don't have one. I don't know if I have one or not but I think about the ratio of people that don't ever have one compared to those that do, I have a pretty good chance of being fine in that area. I used to worry over it though. I also spent 5 years in and out of cardiologist offices from 17 to 21 thinking I had a heart condition that they were missing. My heart would race sometimes. Even when I didn't seem anxious. I would get skipped beats palpitations. That must mean a heart condition right? No. For me it meant anxiety. I'm not a doctor but I'm willing to bet it means the same for you. The hospital said you were fine. Try to trust that. They would know. You are just in a time in your life when anxiety can hit you harder bc you are still so young with all the adrenalin and everything. I think you will be fine. I can relate to everything you said. Breathe and try to realax. You are normal. x
