well it happened again....2days in a row having some of the worst attacks!
it hapoened while i was driving, all of a sudden my hands felt like pins n needles werepricking them and it was hard to move my fongers,breathing was hard, heart rate was highand chest discomfort.. i went to the dr this mourning(before attack) about my spell yesterday and he gave me orders to get bloodwork to test my thyroid. i went and got that complete but im so scared..i keep fearing this is my heart! help!! does anyone have these symptoms???

You are talking classic panic/anxiety symptoms. I get all of those. Anxiety can appear to be just about anything. It can be so scary too. But yes, I can relate. I spent 5 years not driving and thinking I had a heart condition. You went to the dr so I'm sure they are running all the tests they need. Just try to breathe. It all sounds like anxiety/panic to me. I get every single one of those symptoms. x

thank you so much. im glad somone can relate! i have had 5ekgs heart monitor a couple yrs back i had an echo done they tell me i have no abnormal rythem but did pick up the i had a short pr intrival.. the cardiologist said i didnt need to come back so i guess they think im ok,but u know u always get that doubt that they poaaibly missed something

I feel confident that it is anxiety rearing it's ugly head. It can be very scarey. Learn to breathe when this happens. In through the nose and out through the mouth. Do that a few times. It will slow down your heart rate and you wont get a lot of the symptoms. You are going to be okay. It is just very frightening at the time that it happens.
