Like yourself, I'm fairly new to anxiety and depression. I've decided to take an all natural approach versus medication. I'm taking a Stress Formula (26 ingredients), a Mood Formula (GABA, Taurine, L-Theanine, Holy Basil Extract, Reflora), 25 Mg DHEA, Magnesium Glycinate (400mg). Plus a multi vitamin. I'm doing fine with this regimen. Consider this plan if the medication doesn't work but don't give up. A healthy diet is also important and so is some exercise. I'm walking 8+ miles a day.
