I did a little reading (I know, I know, dumb idea) and at first thought I had brain zaps. Then after reading, realized it was nothing like what I get. I get what I call 'head rushes' but they don't happen from standing up after sitting for a long time. They pretty much always happen when I am just sitting
Here's how it happens. get anxious eventually pressure in the center of my brain (or so it feels) and then there is a really quick rush feeling inside my head. It leaves as quickly as it comes. Sometimes my head feels a little hot. Not to the touch, but like I had a hot flash.its like my whole body gets a rush
I just want to know if this is common with anxiety I'm always fixated on 'epilepsy' or 'seizures because i had one in my sleep 14 years ago as a teen
