Anxiety rash... Job interview tomorrow?!

I have this awful awful anxiety rash that I know is fairly common, but knowing other people get it doesn't put me at ease in the slightest!!! Other who have it will know that even if I feel perfectly calm, the rash always seems to appear when I'm talking to someone new, doing something that makes me feel awkward or in a situation where attention is focused on me, like public speaking or a job interview. I get it huge down the left side of my face and under my eyes, all over my neck and chest, huge on my shoulders and all down my arms. It's awful, and unless I wear a snowsuit and balaclava, there's no way I can cover it up. I've tried hypnotherapy but nothing seems to work, and I'm going to look so unprofessional with this huge stress rash all over myself. The only reason I got my last job was through a family friend, so I didn't need to worry about it before.
I know you'll say to just be confident and act like it doesn't bother me, but you're lying if you say that first impressions on your looks at interviews aren't ever taken into account. It's tomorrow, so unless medication is over-the-counter I don't have time to be prescribed anything.
Any advice would be appreciated!

I used to get this when I was younger. Mine was confined to my chest only though, so I can imagine that it is very difficult to deal with it since it is more widespread for you.:(

I did wear a lot of scarves, or high necked tops when I knew that I might be getting into a situation that would cause the issue. (I have since 'grown out of it' so have hope that you won't have to deal with this forever!)

I guess the best you can do tomorrow is to cover up as much as you can, and hope that your interviewer does not pay it much attention. Everyone has something in their appearance that is unique, and it would be wrong for any prospective employer to discriminate.

If by chance he/she asks about it, explain that you are a blusher (b/c really this is just an extreme case of it) and that it will pass and will in no way affect your ability to perform your job, should you be hired.

I am sure that you have realized, the more you try to fight it, the worse it gets...so just let go and try to accept it as best you can. Repeat positive things to yourself like:

"It is okay if I get flushed and it will not affect my interview."

"No one notices this as much as I may think."

I am sorry that this is not groundbreaking stuff...but on such short notice, there's not a whole lot that you can do...and no magic trick...just you going in and doing your best.:)

If this is the right job for you, then that will be enough and I am sure that it will work out.

I am coming in a bit late to give you much advise re the rash but I am like SC and my whole chest and neck will turn red if I am feeling nervous.  My mouth also gets so dang dry. 

I hope all went well with the interview and please know we will be here waiting for you to post how everything went.

My rash wasn't too bad, I used my hypnotherapy download four times over yesterday and this morning, so it was only the side of my face, so I don't think the interviewer noticed at all...
And they just called to offer me the job! Thank you for all your help everyone!!
