sharp headaches and cheat flutters cause by anxiety

I've been doing quite a bit of research and I've been reading places that anxiety can cause chest flutters I'm not to sure about the sharp headaches anyway, I never really thought much of it but recently I've been noticing for as long as I can remember I have been having stomach problems when I go to you know use the bathroom its not the same or feels weird & it seems like its not occurring normally or the output is normal so I was wondering could this be GERD I have also been told by very close people I've had bad breath and I'm getting full surprisingly fast I have lost a lot of weight and seem to be at a standstill can thus gerd I've been hearing about be the cause can gerd be responsible for my chest fluttering and change in bodily functions?

Hi IPAL,

It certainly sounds like it could be GERD...did you check in with them in that forum? Stress related IBS is another possibility...but of course, only a medical professional can diagnose you.

I would definitely make an appointment with your doctor...much can be done with medication and/or diet to relieve you of these symptoms!:)

Let us know how you are doing and what you find out soon.

anxiety can cause all symptoms but is better to rule out physical problems first

Hey ScaredyCat I'm not gonna lie man excuse my.French but you seem like a kick-ass dude your hallways there to help with the support and you really brighten up my day bro! I'm a young kid so you know it helps being talked to by someone who's probly been what I'm going through time and time again but I am definitaly going to ask next time I go to the doc. Im even starting to write down what exactly it is I feel so when I go to the doctor I don't miss a thing although I must admit I gotta stop Googling my symptoms if Google was my doctor I'd have every sickness and disease in the world lol I was would seeing would you mind if we exchanged emails maybe Facebook?

Yes, the google is a blessing/curse type of thing for sure...it can be a great tool, but a huge trigger for those of us with health anxiety. The sites are designed to cover such a broad array of symptoms, that you always seem to end up "diagnosed" as having something terrifying...much like the six degrees of separation to Kevin Bacon (terrifying in its own way, Lol!)
