You are certainly not alone in this fear! We have so many members who suffer the same problem.
Do you work with a therapist? If so, you can ask him/her to specifically work with your health anxiety issues with CBT, in addition to the other issues that you are dealing with in your sessions.
If you do not see someone, here are some good books that you can work with on your own. I just recommended them to another member, and think that they may be really helpful for you as well.
