does anyone else notice if you dont eat enough, and get low blood sugar symptoms, the anxiety starts??? I am bad at not eating in the morning, and by 1030am have the hypoglycemic reaction, shaky etc and it triggers an attack..... eat, all gone. hmmm well there is the answer! eat breakfast!!!! does anyone else suffer this?

I get anxious after I eat. It doesn't matter what I eat or how much.
Strange.

Yes! Absolutely. I have hypoglycemia and have to eat every 2-3 hours or my anxiety is terrible! You are not alone on this one, best thing you can do to avoid those lows is to eat a hypoglycemic diet and carry around dextrose tablets or a small snack :)

I have this problem too, The anxiety seems to be worse for me if i haven't eaten. It doesn't exactly clear up the panic attacks but i can feel it let up a little after eating.

Something I hadn't considered until I read this thread, but I woke up this morning extremely hungry after eating an early dinner last night, and had some anxiety/panic attack symptoms. Maybe coincidental, maybe not. My doctor told me my blood sugar is a bit high about
a week ago.
I ate some peanut butter crunch because it was quick and easy and I'm feeling a bit better already.
