Hi samsam and welcome.
I am sorry that your anxiety has returned lately.:( You say that you had problems a few years back, and that until just recently felt good...what did you do to feel better 4 years ago?
Did you do any kind of treatment that gave you relief? If so, then revisiting that would be in order...if not, then looking into it now would be a good step. Therapy is a great option for anxiety management. It has helped me and many other members here so much.
We also have a great Resource Guide here that you can get some self-help tips from. It is located on our main page, 1st post, and the links to breathing and relaxation will really help to reduce your anxiety and panic if practiced daily.
