Hello Joe and welcome to HealingWell. Anxiety can cause all kinds of symptoms and often it is hard to tell if it is anything to worry about
or part of your anxiety.
I am wondering if you have a job that keeps you sitting or standing in one position for long periods of time. I agree, you may want to check with your Dr. for any possibility of your pains being caused by a medical problem.
You might try doing simple exercises throughout the day - stretching your muscles can be done just about anywhere.
