Yes, I have experienced this as well as heard about
it in many different sources. In fact, if you did a search here on this subject, you would find quite a lot of reading on it.
It is also listed as a common sensation on a lot of anxiety symptom lists.
Frequent headaches, migraine headaches
Feeling like there is a tight band around your head, pressure,
tightness (from the anxietycentre website in our Resources)
At least for me, I am pretty sure that upper body tension is partially to blame, so I do some breathing and relaxation exercises...especially focusing on the neck and shoulder area to get relief.
