Hey everyone! I've been experiencing less than usual anxiety this past week & it's been amazing! However this morning I woke up (after a semi rough nights sleep) and the left half of my bottom lip has a numb sensation. I'm trying not to panic & search Dr.Google but I'm worried what the cause is?

I've never had that. But, I do know that when panic attacks and anxiety strikes, your body creates real symptoms in order to make you feel the horrid sense of impending doom. How are you feeling now?

Numb lip is a common anxiety symtom
