Ooh, sorry to hear about
your bad chiropractor experience! Maybe you could consult your doctor then about
some PT? They could give you exercises that could help to give your relief.
As far as therapy goes...I know that it is a challenge to find/make the time to go to appointments.
We have two sites that we recommend here. You could get started with one of these until you can get into see someone.;)
