Thank you guys I slept last night which wa good but for 3days now I've been waking up feeling anxious heart racing tight chest an trembling but u calm down worse thing is I get nauseous and I hate that I have to start a new school tomorrow and Im thinking that this is all because of that but I don't want to lose sleep or wake up anxious
When I'm doing something when I'm preoccupied I'm calm but a but tierd I been sweating in my nose a bit and I tried breathing doesn't help I want to go back to my normal ways will I be like thi forever
