Med advice!! Please

Hello all!! I recently went to a psychiatrist. I was on Zoloft 100mg at my visit. I was put up to 125 mg for a week and then was to take 150 mg, which is what I am currently on. For the week I was on 125 mg I had no chest pains and almost no anxiety symptoms at all. Since I went to 150 I feel chest pains again and bouts of anxiety. My question is if anyone else has experienced this issue or maybe this is just all in my head as normal? I am gonna call my psychiatrist and get her advice but I just wanted to know from others who may have experienced this themselves. Thanks :)

I see a physc. and they sometimes tend to prescribe too much meds. I would call her and tell her. I would b willing to bet the second dose is the right dose for you. Every person is different and some may need more... some may not but it's like they got a certain milligram in mind that they think everyone needs to start with. Those symptoms r not good and they may tell you to stop taking it and start something else. My doc put me on a med that interacted with 3 not one or even 2 but 3 other meds I was taking and it gave me horrible stomach cramps and explosive diarehha. Sorry I. know gross... so I called n they told me to stop taking it now. The doctors should read up on your charts better. I got on web md and it said right there don't takes this if your on these other meds. You shld call her right away.

CC Good girl, Dr's tend to prescribe by our body weight, but some of us need more and some less, "This is my take on anything even asprin". The very least that will do the job is where I stop. MOO
