Dear Lovely Friends,

I feel it is imperative that I thank you all for just being here.

When I posted yesterday I was, yet again, lost in my own panic and felt the only place i could express myself and be understood, was on here...

I joined about 6mths ago and haven't been very committed which I feel sorry for as the help and love on here is so tangible and genuine and I really think the moderators and the members give so much to others and by this are helping to heal and resolve very deep issues and problems.

The replies one receives are always so caring and sensitive.

I agree, there's no place like HW! I've grown to love my HW family :-) It's someone to listen & actually understand AND offer kind words and advice!!!

Actually everyone on here is a winner, its a first move to recovery,
I want everyone well and taking back control of their live,
but don't really want to loose contact with such special people.

We really are a Family!

I have also received amazing support and assistance in my recovery here!!:)

...and yes like Larry said...it is wonderful to see members making strides in their personal journeys

...and to stay on and keep posting to help and encourage others!!!

Encouraging others is both therapeutic and aids healing.

It's lovely to feel part of a family and just know everyone completely understands you.

LP and All,

I have been a member and Moderator since 2007 and I have recieved the help and support I neeeded in good times and not so good times. Times of adversity can show up in all sorts of ways in our lives. It takes tremendous courage to be able to come face to face with adversity and to not back down from it!

I have found friends for life here in the HW Forum and I also have been given the opportunity to help others in need.

HW members are special people who care about others and are willing to help by sharing their stories with one another.

I am very new to the group and I was amazed at the kind, gentle, understanding words and outstanding advice I received on my first post. It was so encouraging and helped me at a time when my panic was in full force!
