I hope that you find something comforting/helpful in there. You can do further searching if you like.
Try spending a few minutes before each meal relaxing with some coping skills...especially using massage and progressive muscle relaxation in the neck/shoulder area.
Have a big glass of liquid (water, tea, juice) to help you 'wash' your well chewed food down in small bites.
I am sure that with some work in this area, this won't continue to be an issue for you.
