So, last year around August 2012, I had my first Anxiety attack which I thought was an asthma attack. I tried a puffer, which actually escalated the attack and it turned into a panic attack, which I though I was dying(lol after knowing I always "lol" at that) and went to the emergency.
On the way to the emergency, I actually got a numb feeling in the right side of my head(tension headache I found out months later) that stayed for awhile. Apparently I stoop my neck a lot and it caused some tension. I am a regular gamer, and computer geek, so I always stoop my head.
After months of what seemed like countless anxiety attacks, which was numerous by the day, and numerous times I thought I was dying again, I eventually came to terms with this. I now know what is happeneing, and can calm myself down for the most part, and it was actually going really well.
Then my triggers were from what I have read was IBS, and it has died down a lot, but I worry a ton still. Now after awhile I actually have come to terms with the IBS(I also am lactose intolerant which sucks), and everything seemed to be going the right way for me after, until I smelled perfume.
It is weird. I smell a certain smell, and I get anxious, and by this I mean I can barely breath, and my nose plugs up(could be allergies, which I have experienced). I have noticed different smells trigger some anxiety. I have noticed that certain drinks like kool-aid and other juices give me the same effect...
Today I was at work, and we were stretching a deer hide, and I started getting an anxiety attack. In fact, I was having trouble breathing when I started writing this, but it has calmed down. That started from when I was eating, and I felt like I was almost choking EVERY bite.
I would have to say that this sucks, why can't I go back to before August of last year :P
Anyone know of anything about the smells and tastes? how to get passed them?
