Cold headaches causes anxiety ?! HELP

Does anyone experience any cold headache? When inhaling i feeling head pain and cold like my head is gonna freeze? I am going through anxiety attacks and they are killing me so much, i hate it..

If you know, what can it be? and what is it? Is it part of the attacks?
Let me know ASAP please

Are you on any antidepressant? Have you ever experienced a sudden headache when eating or drinking something very cold? This is brain freeze, sometimes called an ice cream headache.

The sudden influx of blood could raise pressure within the skull and cause the pain associated with brain freeze and other types of headaches.

Also weaning off of antidepressants may cause brain freeze.

Jess, no some people try to get brain freeze on purpose, I know its dumb but they do, its not harmful
but hurts too bad to keep doing it. Breathing super cold air or drinking something cold too fast are
common ways to have brain freeze.
