Yes you are going to be okay. I have been there. What you're feeling is real and scary!
When the mind is stressed, the body becomes stressed and feels strange or hurts or does things that it has never done before.
Every symptom you described is anxiety.
The wheezing, the pain in the front and back is from a tense body, heart skipping beats is very normal during anxiety, twitching and coughing are all a result of an anxious mind and body.
You need to check your blood sugar, (drink a glass of milk or eat some nuts and see if you start to feel better. Low blood sugar symptoms can result in anxiety.
Get on some supplements. Magnesium (Calm) and a good B Complex for now.
You can walk and though it feels like your heart and lungs will stop, they won't.
I have been where you are and I have come out of it. No medications either.
