Wow your battle with anxiety was full of courage. Way to go! Just like Scaredy cat put on her quotes "Courage is not the absence of fear, it is feeling afraid and doing it anyway!". People like me will look through this post and they'll find strength in this. Keep it up!

Gizzy remember this one thing, nothing could have been more difficult than what you just endured, sometimes
it gets uncomfortable but you knocked a home run, for those you Love!

You should be very proud of yourself. You did not let the anxiety monster prevent you from being with your family. You have to crawl before you can walk!
