I know I've been on here and probably sick of me, but I can't stand my life anymore with chronic every moment anxiety and constant dizziness. This isn't a panic or anxiety attack with a attack of dizziness. I barely function everyday and I'm sick of this. It's difficult to do anything even going to the bathroom. Doctors know crap and I continue to live like this!!!!!!!!

I can't stand living the way I do but I still keep on fighting it and if I can you can too. You and I both have something to work on here. We both have to quit expecting these things will happen to us. And if they do we got to learn to ignore it. It may be hard but I want to live life the way it's meant to be lived and I know you do to. We got to keep fighting.

I would take any health problem than this. This morning I went to the grocery store and I was totally out of control, I get know reprieve from this misery! Called my husband and he said call somebody that cares! And hangs up on me. Went to the phycharitist Thursday, and he's never had a patient like me, said my situation was difficult, WHAT ELSE IS NEW. I'm living this misery nobody else, who cares, not even the doctors.

I remember you saying that you have heard of a woman who had a situation like yours and managed to get through it. Doesn't that have an affect on you?

No, I never heard of anybody. My acupuncturist said that the woman that he was talking to was like me but worse. I don't know her personally.

Well sometimes I feel the way you feel as well because I feel that people believe that health anxiety is a joke so I do feel you 100% but you may physically be alone but we are all here for you.

You still have a life, you go to school, you have friends and family? I don't have a life and I wouldn't consider my husband a friend nor family. Other than him it's nobody. I'm anxious/dizzy doing everything in life, I might as well be dead. I've never lived a life like this. I can't remember the last time I laughed in the last 16 months.

If I could almost certainly guarantee that it would help you...would you be willing to give a self-help program or work book a try?

I still get a stong feeling of being a 'vicitm of your circumstance' vibe from your posts...and I think that if you were to pro-actively work a program it would empower you so much.

The empowerment that you gain...not to mention the tools learned...and dropping the negative/angry thoughts and feelings, will definitely help your symptoms to lessen.

I have been on both sides of this, and I know that you can improve...but it comes down to a choice on your part.

Hugs and encouragement to take the next step.

Yes, that is a good program...or I have some books I can recommend...the thing is to just give something a try, and follow through and give yourself some feeling of accomplishment and gain new skills to fight the A/D and symptoms.;)

I hate being alone and feeling like this. My cardiologist also said I need support from family and friends and should be around people. There are no people in my life and I'm in my own head day in and day out.

What if you started a program and posted or e-mailed me your progress? I could cheer you on and keep you accountabe to continue going with it.

That could be a good first step...then when you are feeling stronger, you can go about reaching out to others in your area that you could connect with in a person-to person way.

You can click on my screen name and go to my profile...me e-mail is in there...or you can start a new thread and post your progress here.:)  We have had other members do this...it gives everyone a chance to encourage them...and it keeps you motivated to keep at the work.

I hope you are there. I can't get into mood gym because I don't have a computer and I am using my IPAD, therefore I don't have cookies to do this. Is there another website that I can use?

Oh, I would think that you could still access is as long as you have internet capability...

Hmm, we are actually not with internet at the moment...connection is down for some reason. I am on my phone, so let me get back to you on this, okay?

Have you tried Moodgym again...or the other site in the Resources called E-couch?

If you can't access these through your device, then I can recommend some books that you could start with until you have the means to use the sites.
