Yeh me too, supposedly 3mg or less of melatonin works well. The melatonin makes me kind of sleepy and comfortable but it's not enough. I feel sometimes like I need to be sandbagged in the face to fall asleep. Sorry about the headaches, obviously you're not getting any sleep on that...
If you find something that works for you please let me know, I'm trying to figure the best way to get some rest too.
