Good Afternoon,
You sound like many of us right now. I worry myself
silly over irrational thinking! Remember, you are just struggling a little
bit with worrisome thoughts... irrational thoughts. That is most
likely why you feel all keyed up... and
anxious.
It can be a a
cycle... and you can break the cycle. I've broken the spinning thoughts cycle many times.
And even though I'm also worrying right now about a medical dx... I'm am doing
my best at keeping my head out of the
water... and riding this wave of anxiety.
The way you think, is the way you feel! If you
change the way you think... then you will feel better. It sounds easier than
done... but you can do it with a positive attitude and accepting that you are
ok.
Health Anxiety
is one of the toughest anxieties !
