I have had days when I have taught several dance classes, cleaned the house, done fun and active things with my family and still had energy to spare...
...then I have days where I feel like I shouldn't even try to move because I am feeling weak, shaky and sick.
The mind is very powerful, but you are more so. Not giving in to the fear and using your coping skills to push through will get you out of the symptom/anxiety/symptom cycle.
The more you can do this, the less of a hold the bad days will have on you!
